What we collect
We collect what you put into bckendIQ — your studio name, the people on your team, the KPIs and scorecards you create — plus the basic technical data needed to keep the service running (IP address, browser, session tokens). We don't sell or rent any of this to anyone.
How we use it
- To run the service you signed up for.
- To send you transactional email (account, security, billing notices).
- To improve the product — usually in aggregate, never by reading individual studios' data unless you ask us to help debug.
How it's stored
Every query is scoped to your organization at the database layer. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced server-side, not via UI filters. Connections are encrypted in transit. We use industry-standard hosted infrastructure for storage and backups.
Your rights
- You can export or delete your data at any time. Email us if you can't find the button.
- You can ask what we hold about you and we'll tell you within 30 days.
- If you're in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights — same response time.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for authentication and to remember your preferences. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. Full breakdown in our cookie policy.
