Invite your team and set what they can see
Invite people by email and give each one a role. Roles decide what someone can see and do, and they are enforced on the server for every request — not by hiding buttons. Freelance crew and salaried staff both sit on the same roster; the difference is what their role permits.
Roles control access, not job titles
A role is a set of permissions. Someone with a crew role sees the shoots they are assigned to, their own hours and their own payslips. They do not see client contracts, invoices, or what other crew are paid.
Seats
Each plan includes a number of seats and charges for additional ones beyond that. Seats apply to people who log in. A client viewing their own gallery or portal is not a seat and never counts against your plan.
Freelancers and staff on one roster
You do not maintain two systems. A freelancer claims shoots and is paid per job; a salaried member carries scorecards and goals. The same shoot can be staffed by both.
Common questions
Do clients count as seats?
No. Clients access their gallery or portal without an account seat, using a link and a six-digit code. Only people who log in to your studio workspace count toward your plan.
