Invite your team and set what they can see
Invite people by email and give each one a role. The role decides what they can see and do. It is checked on our computers for every request, not by hiding buttons. Freelance crew and paid staff sit on the same team list. The only difference is what their role allows.
Roles control what people see, not job titles
A role is a set of permissions. Someone with a crew role sees the shoots they are on, their own hours and their own payslips. They do not see client contracts, invoices, or what other crew are paid.
Team members
Each plan includes a number of team members: 3 on Studio and 5 on Studio Pro. On Studio Pro you can add more. Team members are the people who run your studio and sign in to it. Freelance crew who claim shoots and read their own payslips do not count. A client looking at their own gallery or client page never counts.
Freelancers and staff on one team list
You do not keep two lists. A freelancer claims shoots and is paid per job. A staff member has weekly score sheets and goals. The same shoot can have both.
Common questions
Do clients or freelance crew count as team members?
No. Clients open their gallery or client page with a link and a six-digit code. Freelance crew are free on every plan. Only the people who run your studio count toward your plan.
