Create your studio
Sign up with your email and name your studio. That name becomes your workspace and the slug in your URLs, and it is what clients see on galleries, invoices and contracts unless you set separate branding. You can start using the product immediately — nothing needs configuring first.
What gets created
Your studio is a tenant: every record you create — clients, shoots, crew, invoices — belongs to it and is scoped to it at the database layer, not by a filter in the interface. Nobody outside your studio can read your data even if they know a record ID.
Branding comes later
Studio name, logo and colours can be set once you are in. They apply to everything a client sees: the portal, galleries, invoices, contracts and outbound email. If you leave them unset, your studio name is used on its own.
You do not need to set up everything first
There is no mandatory configuration step. Packages, questionnaires, contract templates and KPI definitions can all be created when you first need them rather than up front.
