Mark a payout as paid
Once you have sent the money your own way, mark the payout as paid. That closes the loop for the crew member. They can see their own payslip and whether it is paid. It also keeps your running total per person right.
Crew see their own record only
A crew member sees their own hours, their own pay and their own payslips. They do not see what anyone else was paid.
Why the running total matters
Tax rules for freelancers add up over a whole year, not per job. A running total per person tells you when someone has crossed a line where you must report it.
