Help/Pay & payables

Mark a payout as paid

Once you have sent the money by your own method, record the payout as paid. That closes the loop for the crew member, who can see their own payslip and payment status, and it keeps your running total per person accurate.

Crew see their own record only

A crew member sees their own hours, payables and payslips. They do not see what anyone else was paid.

Why the running total matters

Contractor tax thresholds are cumulative across a year, not per job. A running total per person is what tells you when someone has crossed a reporting threshold.
