How crew get the call sheet
Each shoot has a call sheet. It is built from the answers your client gave in their form. That means where, when, the run of the day, who matters, and the must-have shots. Nobody types it out again. Anything about money or contracts is left out, so crew never see it. Crew find it on their shoot page.
Built from what is already there
The call sheet reads the client’s form answers. The app makes it. Nobody writes it by hand. So it cannot disagree with the shoot it belongs to. If the client has not finished their form yet, the sheet says so.
Money is never on it
Any answer that looks like a price, deposit, payment or contract is dropped before crew see it. That is a rule in the code, not something you have to remember.
What to ask for in your form
Make sure your client form asks for these things. Parking and how to get in. Start times for each person, where they differ. Phone numbers that will really be answered on the day. The nearest hospital. These are the things most often missing.
