The call sheet reads the shoot date, location, sessions and crew from the booking. It is generated rather than authored, so it cannot disagree with the shoot it belongs to.
What to check before sending
Parking and access instructions, per-person call times where they differ, key contact numbers that will actually be answered on the day, and the nearest hospital. These are the fields most often missing and most missed when they are.
