On the cover · Bookings
A booking link that knows when you're busy.
Connect an iCal feed or Apple iCloud calendar, and anything busy on it — or already booked in bckendIQ — comes off the times your consultation link offers.

On the cover · Leads
Message a couple straight from their enquiry.
Each enquiry now has a Conversation panel with every email and WhatsApp in one thread, a box to reply, and the reminder emails due to go out next.
Open in bckendIQ → - 03
On the cover · Settings
Every menu section is now its own permission.
Give someone Leads and Clients without Financials. Financials, Marketing and Automation start with the Owner, CEO, CMO and Administrator only, until you tick the box.

Leads
A paid retainer now confirms the booking.
Once a couple has signed and pays the first instalment on their plan, the booking confirms itself. Any booking that got stuck can be confirmed with one click.

On the cover · Clients
Know where every client came from.
Tag your enquiry link for each place you post it — Instagram, a wedding fair, a planner — and every client keeps that source on their card and in Financials.
Open in bckendIQ → - 06
Galleries
Attached galleries now reach the client's portal.
Attach a published gallery to a client and it shows in their portal, with guests' photos and clips grouped under From your guests.

Projects
Your own reasons for late delivery, and a report.
Rewrite the list of reasons a project ran late to fit your studio, then see a Delivery report rank the causes. AI drafts a fix for each, which you edit and apply.
Open in bckendIQ → - 08
Marketing
Campaign banners now carry your studio's logo.
Banners in your campaign emails draw your own logo and brand colour, and adding a large photograph to an email no longer fails.

Marketing
Lead imports keep names, phones and countries.
Imported spreadsheets and PDF tables now read each column correctly, never greet anyone by an ID number, and tell you which details are missing. Select-all actions work again.

Financials
Financials files each booking under what was sold.
A wedding couple's later photoshoot now counts as portrait money, new packages stop defaulting to Wedding, and a couple who enquired before counts as returning.

Projects
Shoot types are now your studio's own list.
The "What it's for" list starts empty and holds only your words: add one from the project form, rename or remove it in Settings. Missing task types add from the list too.

Leads
Write your contract from the Leads menu.
Contracts now sit under Leads › Pipeline setup: have AI draft one from a sentence, upload the one you already use, or start blank, then edit it as you like.
Open in bckendIQ → - 13
Galleries
Uploads now count files, not just percent.
Every upload bar reads like "47% · 12 of 340 files", so a wedding's worth of frames never looks the same as one clip.

Projects
The phone timeline shows your whole team.
On a phone the Gantt now scrolls back into past weeks, shows full names, stops stacking jobs on top of each other, and starts a project when you tap a day.
Open in bckendIQ → - 15
Projects
Smaller fixes across Projects.
Completed this week counts deliveries, Timeline dates stay pinned as you scroll, managers see the client list in project forms, and forms no longer hide under a phone's clock.

Leads
Any phone number now saves on an enquiry.
Numbers pasted from Contacts, with extensions or hidden characters, are accepted, and the New enquiry and client dialogs scroll on a phone with Save always in reach.

Sign-in & security
The Home Screen app now shows every brand.
Installed on an iPhone, bckendIQ now lists every brand you belong to without signing out, and its menu shows the logo and Close button again.

Website
The new bckendIQ logo, everywhere.
The official logo now appears across the website, sign-in, the app menu, browser tab, Home Screen icon and bckendIQ's own emails.
