A wedding over three days in two cities now books and signs as one

The couple has a traditional wedding in Lagos, a church wedding the next day and four days in Jamaica. Your booking has room for one date, so the contract they sign names one place.

This week was for the weddings that never fit one day: the traditional on Saturday, the church on Sunday, a few days abroad after. Here is every change.

A date can be somewhere else, for several days, and the client signs for all of them

The problem: A wedding over four days in two countries had room for one date, so the client signed a page with one place on it.

What changed: Each extra date takes its own place and a run of days. The invoice and the confirm step show every one.

Pop-ups gain Why book us: a photo or film, proof points, your story and a button

The problem: Your pop-up showed sessions and prices, but never said why a couple should pick you over the next studio.

What changed: The writer drafts the story and button, never your proof.

Moving a set into Client Approval no longer emails the client

The problem: Dragging a set into Client Approval emailed the couple before you had checked it.

What changed: A Send to client switch does, and opens the letter for you to edit first.

Your Google and Outlook busy times show on the calendar as grey pins

The problem: A personal booking blocked a slot, and you could not see why it was gone.

What changed: And two clients can no longer book the same consultation slot.

What bckendIQ does

One app, four steps

From the first message to the last payment. Each line is a real studio problem, and what bckendIQ does about it. Read the whole story →

Step 1

Win the client

Every message answered, every quote followed up, and pages that sell your sessions.

  • Every client and message in one place

The problem: Messages arrive by email, forms and WhatsApp, and they are easy to lose.

What bckendIQ does: Each person who asks about a shoot sits on one board, with their emails and WhatsApp in one thread. It runs in your phone’s browser and installs on your home screen like an app.

  • Who to chase, and what to say

The problem: You know you should follow up. Knowing who first, and what to write, is the hard part.

What bckendIQ does: The board ranks who to chase today and says why. AI writes a follow-up email or WhatsApp for that couple. You edit it and send it yourself.

    Read how →
  • Pages that sell mini sessions

The problem: Minis mean a dozen messages per family: which slot, how to pay, and did they pay.

What bckendIQ does: A pop-up is one page for minis or a seasonal weekend. Set how many people fit each time slot. Clients pick a time and pay in full or a deposit on your own Stripe. Or offer a free consultation instead.

    Read how →
  • Know what your ads bring in

The problem: You pay for ads and can’t tell which bookings they brought.

What bckendIQ does: Each pop-up’s Results tab shows visits, each booking step, money taken and who came from ads. Add your Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics or Google Ads ID if you use them.

  • Stay known between bookings

The problem: Past clients forget you between weddings, while big brands email their customers every week.

What bckendIQ does: Send email broadcasts, campaigns and sequences from your own studio, with saved templates and a list of people to reach.
