How clients get in, and what they can see
Each client gets a private link to their portal, secured by a six-digit code sent to their email. The portal holds everything for that client across every job they have booked with you — galleries, invoices, contracts, questionnaires and receipts. Clients never create an account or a password.
One client, many jobs
A repeat client is one record with several shoots over time, not a new record each booking. Their portal shows their whole history with you.
Galleries carry no money
A gallery link shows work only. Invoices, contracts, questionnaires and receipts live on the portal behind the six-digit code. This means you can share a gallery link freely without exposing anything financial.
Links are capability links
A share link is a short unguessable code. Anyone holding the link can view what it points to, so treat it as you would a private link — but nothing financial is reachable from a gallery link alone.
Common questions
Do clients need a password?
No. They use their link plus a six-digit code sent to their email. There is no account to create and no password to forget.
Will my client’s gallery show up in Google?
No. Client links are excluded from search engine indexing in robots.txt.
