How clients get in, and what they can see

Each client gets a private link to their own page. A six-digit code is sent to their email to open it. That page holds everything from every job they have booked with you: galleries, invoices, contracts, forms and receipts. Clients never make an account or a password.

One client, many jobs

A client who comes back is one record with several shoots over time, not a new record each time. Their page shows their whole history with you.

Galleries show no money

A gallery link shows the work only. Invoices, contracts, forms and receipts live on the client page behind the six-digit code. So you can share a gallery link freely. Nothing about money can be reached from it.

Share links are private links

A share link is a short code nobody can guess. Anyone holding the link can see what it points to. So treat it like a private link. But nothing about money can be reached from a gallery link alone.

Common questions

Do clients need a password?

No. They use their link plus a six-digit code sent to their email. There is no account to make and no password to forget.

Will my client’s gallery show up in Google?

No. We tell search engines to stay out of client links. So a gallery or client page does not show up on Google.

Still stuck? Email us. We answer every one, usually within a business day.
