Help/Galleries & delivery

Client selection, comments and approval

Clients mark favourites to make their selection, and leave comments on specific items. For film, comments are tied to the version they were left on — a new cut never inherits notes written about the old one. Approval is an explicit action, so you always know whether work is signed off.

Selection

Clients favourite the frames they want. A selection set can then be delivered as the final gallery, keeping proofs and finals distinct.

Comments belong to a version

When you upload a new cut, the notes from the previous version stay with that version. This prevents the common failure where feedback already actioned reappears against a fix.

Change requests reach you

A change request from a client notifies your team and opens the working gallery, not the client-facing view, so the person acting on it lands where the work is.
