Your client marks favourites to make their pick. They write notes on a photo or at the exact second of a film. For a film, a note stays on the version it was written on. A new cut never carries over notes about the old one. Saying yes is a clear action, so you always know what is signed off.

Clients mark the photos they want as favourites. You can then deliver that pick as the final gallery. So the first look and the finals stay separate.
Notes stay with their version
When you upload a new cut, the notes from the old one stay on the old one. So a note you already fixed does not pop up again on the fix.
Change requests reach your team
When a client asks for a change, your team is told. The link opens the working gallery, not the client’s view. So the person fixing it lands where the work is.
