Upload and deliver a gallery

Pick the folder, not the files. There is no cap on how many photos a gallery can hold, within your plan’s storage. Big uploads are sent in batches on their own. Photos are sorted by filename. So a gallery reads in the order you shot it, not the order the upload finished.

Pick the folder

Picking the folder gets around the limits browsers put on picking files. If photos seem to be missing after an upload, the usual reason is that they were never picked. They were not lost.

The order

Photos are sorted by filename after upload. So a sequence stays in shot order, whatever order the uploads finished in.

RAW files

A RAW file has a small preview inside it. The app pulls that preview out and shows it. So your client can take a first look at RAW photos without you converting them first.

Video

For a film, you choose the cover frame: which moment, and which part of the frame. So the thumbnail is a still you picked, not whatever frame came first.

Common questions

Is there a limit on how many photos I can upload?

No, within your plan’s storage. Uploads go up in batches behind the scenes. A big shoot is handled without you doing anything different.

Some photos seem to be missing after upload.

Almost always, they were not picked. Pick the folder rather than single files and run the upload again. Photos already there are not added twice.
