Confirming a booking is not just a label change. It puts the shoot on the calendar. It makes the project the work will be delivered through. And it makes the crew slots the shoot needs. The client record and the crew record never drift apart, because one action made them both.
The stages
Each person on your list sits at a stage. The stages run from a new message, through a quote sent and opened, to signed, deposit paid and booked. A person who does not book is marked lost. Next to each name you can see what they are waiting on.
Quotes, packages and payment plans
Build a quote from your packages and services, so you do not type the same work out each time. A quote can carry a payment plan. That plan becomes the part payments on the invoice.
Common questions
Can I move a shoot to a different date after confirming?
Yes. Moving the shoot moves everything attached to it too. So the invoice and the crew job never end up on different days.
